Welcome to our first meditation together! This is a powerful exercise to help you connect to your emotions and your intention. 

For me dance is always a holistic practice which allows us to connect deeply with body, mind and spirit. Dance is the bridge between the subtle messages of the universe, and the tangible movements of our earthly bodies.

If you are new to meditation all you need to do is enter into this exercise with an open mind and an open heart:) 

Make yourself comfortable, you may like to light some candles or create a sacred space for yourself.
